What are your standard delivery timelines?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping timelines vary by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 12 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags and receipts. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers for both local and international customers.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer alterations for unstitched suits?
Currently, we do not provide in-house alteration services for unstitched collections. However, we provide detailed size charts for our Ready-to-Wear range to help you find your perfect fit.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays and photographic lighting, slight variations in shade may occur.
